Most of us are familiar with the classic movie charlatan, selling the elixir guaranteed to heal you or make you stronger, and the paid programming on late night TV selling you something you already have, but with fancy words making it seem like something new and innovative or the TV preacher promising he can save your soul, but only if you dig deep into your heart and your pockets, or the spokesman providing you with “free” information on government secrets.
Some might say the biggest issue or bottom line for every business is affordability (of products or services), others may say quality or demand or exposure etc. or all of the above and so on.
I say customer relations, and more specifically whether the business actually cares about their customers/clients or JUST their money. Every business cares about money, that is after all the point of running a business, but I think an important question customers ask themselves is: “Do they actually care about me or my success and are they taking pride in their work as if it were for themselves“.
As a freelance Web & Graphic Designer I work from home and yet I work with people all around the World via the marvelous beast that is the internet. So naturally, I use PayPal and honestly wouldn’t consider using anything else, clients/customers have come to expect to pay via PayPal and quite frankly even if you don’t like PayPal, some clients we’ll walk away if you don’t except payment via PayPal because they will only pay via PayPal.
